About
At Ash Wellness & Psychotherapy, we offer in-person therapy in Midtown Toronto, located within the welcoming office spaces of Deer Park Therapy near Yonge & St. Clair. We also provide virtual therapy sessions for clients anywhere in Ontario.
We support children (8+), teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. We also work with concerns such as low self-worth, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and difficulty managing emotions. We have experience supporting neurodiverse clients, including autistic folks and people with ADHD, and we aim to provide care that respects and fits everyone’s unique needs.
We draw from several evidence-informed approaches so each session can be shaped around your preferences, goals, and pace. The main approaches we use include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Humanistic/Person-Centered Therapy. Flexible, Accessible Sessions
Connect with us online for psychotherapy sessions anywhere in Ontario during weekdays and evenings. We also offer in-person sessions on Tuesdays from 2pm-7pm. These sessions take place at the office spaces of Deer Park Therapy by appointment. The office is located in Midtown Toronto at Yonge & St. Clair.
