Who I Work With
I work with children (8+), pre-teens, teens, and adults, creating a space that is respectful, affirming, and non-judgmental.
Therapy is tailored to your unique context, values, and lived experiences, with a focus on safety, collaboration, and meaningful change.
Blended Therapy Approach
I often blend Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Humanistic/Person-Centred Therapy. This creates a comprehensive therapeutic approach that is tailored specifically to each individual.
I also use a handful of other approaches, including mindfulness techniques and cognitive-behavioural strategies. By integrating these approaches, I aim to help you explore personal values, understand internal dynamics, and foster self-acceptance and growth. This personalized combination allows us to work collaboratively toward meaningful change and growth.
Research shows these approaches can be effective for managing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and building resilience. I personalize and adapt my approach to fit your values, lifestyle, and goals. Learn more about these approaches below.

Therapeutic Approaches Explained
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps individuals embrace their thoughts and feelings rather than fighting or feeling guilty for them. It uses mindfulness and acceptance strategies to help clients live according to their values.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) explores the different “parts” within a person, working to foster harmony and healing among them. It encourages self-compassion and understanding of internal conflicts.
Humanistic / Person-Centred
The Humanistic approach emphasizes personal growth, self-acceptance, and realizing one’s potential. It sees people as inherently good and capable of making rational choices to achieve fulfillment.
