We work with children and teens as they navigate emotions, identity, school pressures, family dynamics, relationships, and more. Our psychotherapy sessions provide a supportive space where young people can build self-understanding, express themselves openly, and strengthen skills they can carry into the future.
We provide neurodiversity-affirming psychotherapy for autistic individuals and for clients with ADHD. Neurodiversity-affirming care means honoring different ways of thinking and experiencing the world, while offering support with executive functioning, emotional regulation, and daily challenges.
